Awesome. Neal is a very sincere guy and gives his 100% to make sure that fingerprinting is done properly. He is very good for fingerprinting services. Me and my wife were in the process of applying for FBI identity summary request. Our initial request was rejected when we got our fingerprinting done with the local precinct. I did google search and found Budget fingerprinting. Very glad we chose Neal. We needed 2 set of fingerprints each and Neal did one electronic, one paper ink. Both were very good. Now our FBI request had been accepted and we cant thank him enough. The charges are reasonable as well.

Neal Stout and his company are the best! He is very professional, quick and efficient and has great customer service. My daughter and I are going to be co-guardians over my son and needed to have our prints and background checks done for the hearing that is happening in a few days. We live in Maine and were having a difficult time finding a company that could transmit fingerprint cards via live scan for us to Florida quickly. I found out about Neal and his company through an online search and am so happy and grateful I did. Yesterday, my daughter sent her fingerprint cards to him by overnight mail and he was able to process them via live scan and submit them to the Florida FDLE today! Amazing! I on the other hand went through a different and very large company back in early December, before I found out about Neal and his company, to have my prints and background check through. My first set did not pass because of poor quality, so I had a second set done which took them a very long time to process. I went to budget fingerprinting and notary today to get one of my document notarized. Mr.Neal helped me get it done very efficiently. He even booked my appointment over the phone as per my request and kept updating me on when can it be rescheduled due to a bad weather (snowstorm).
